Reservations are accepted a maximum of 14 days in advance. Tee times on Friday, Saturday, Sunday and Holidays must be reserved with a major credit card. Notice of cancellation of a RedTail tee time or a reduction in the guaranteed number of players must be received 24 hours prior to the requested tee time.

In the event of inclement weather, you will receive a prorated raincheck which will be equal to the dollar amount of golf that you were not able to play.  These rainchecks may only be applied to greensfees at RedTail at a later date.  RedTail reserves the right to change this policy at any time.

Assistance for group outings of 20 or more people is available by calling our coordinator or email us at outings@redtailgolf.com. Reservations for group outings can be made more than 14 days in advance. A signed contract and deposit are required to make the reservation.
